Huahom's Dual-Screen Terminals Boost the "One-Window Integrated Service" at Chenghai

On January 1, 2025, the first day of the New Year, the new site of the Chaoyang District Government Service Center in Shantou City officially opened. The government dual-screen interactive terminal independently developed by Huahong Zhigu once again became a striking highlight in the center's main hall.
In his speech, District Standing Committee Member and Deputy District Governor You Kunse expressed hope that the District Government Service and Data Bureau, along with all relevant units, would take this as a new starting point to comprehensively deepen reforms in delegating power, improving regulation, and upgrading services, further optimizing service processes, simplifying procedures, and enhancing efficiency. Effectively bridge the "last mile" for the convenience of citizens and businesses, and build a benchmark government service center.

The main building of the Government Service Center has six floors, covering approximately 11,000 square meters. The first to third floors serve as the main service hall, covering 6,242 square meters with 88 service windows. The fourth to sixth floors house the District Government Service and Data Bureau, the Public Resource Trading Sub-center, and back-office approval offices for进驻 departments. All 37 district units and 1,665 government service items have achieved "full entry," covering everything from personal life cycles to business registration and cancellation. All processes can be handled at the Government Service Center through "one door, one window, one stop."

The introduction of Huahong's "Digital Smart Hall" solution has significantly enhanced the digital service level of the Chaoyang District Government Service Center. The innovative model of "front-desk comprehensive reception, back-desk categorized approval, and comprehensive window output" solves the problem of "running to multiple windows for one matter" and enables "one window for multiple matters," greatly facilitating the service process for citizens and businesses.

At the same time, the introduction of the "video service" scenario allows citizens to easily communicate in real time with local window staff via video link at the hall, whether for pre-service inquiries, in-process handling, or post-service queries. This innovative measure not only enables cross-regional service but also makes it possible to handle all matters by entering just one door.

In the wave of digital transformation, Huahong Zhigu Company has closely followed policy directions and successfully developed a domestically produced government dual-screen interactive terminal product. This product has passed compulsory product certification and obtained Xinchuang system adaptation certification and Xinchuang product evaluation, fully demonstrating its technological advancement and quality reliability. It has successively helped multiple government service centers undergo digital transformation, creating comprehensive super counters.

Huahong Zhigu's government dual-screen interactive terminal product finely integrates and unifies specialized equipment such as domestic Xinchuang computers, touch displays, electromagnetic signature pads, second-generation ID card readers, social security card readers, high-speed document cameras, QR code scanners, dual-lens cameras, receipt printers, etc. It enables government service functions including document digitization, credential reading, portrait capture, electronic signatures, document printing, window queuing, service evaluation, dual-screen interaction, video assistance, and barrier-free communication, while meeting domestic adaptation standards.
